Multible Specimens, reported by Donna Russel, Geological Enterprises

I was contacted on Friday evening by a very long-time customer whose storage units on his property were broken in to last week and many fossils were stolen in Southern Alabama. Unfortunately, he cannot provide a list of what was stolen. I can tell you it was in boxes and all the fossils were labeled. Many will have Geological Enterprises labels on them. He has been a serious collector since the 70's and now is elderly and unable to even go through his storage facilities and see what is missing. He moved the collection approximately 20 years ago and at that time he had over 5 tons of fossils. I know he had MANY very rare and unusual fossils. He self-collected all over the US in the 60s, 70's and 80's. A lot of his fossils are photographed in our old Bulletins.

I realize I don't have a lot of information to share with you, but I am hoping you can share this information. I will be his contact person if anyone sees or is offered any of the collection for sale, 580-223-8537.

Images will be published here when available.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

Ms. Donna Russell
